How to: Open a schedule.
Solution:
Select the 'File' menu and select 'Open'. Select 'Archive or Project Schedule...'.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Open'. (A submenu appears.)
2) Select 'Archive or Project Schedule...'. (The Open Archive or Project Schedule dialog box appears.)

3) Select 'Schedule+ (*.SCD,*.ARC,*.CAL)' from the 'Files of Type' drop-down list box.
4) Locate the drive and directory of the desired schedule.
5) Click 'Open'. (The desired schedule opens.)
